As the schools are reopening, it might be of some interest to everyone -- What if I don't have time to prepare a snack for [insert child's name here]? Here are 3 easy snacks you can prepare a day, week, or two weeks before school starts!
1. Fruit is easy to obtain. There are lots of things you can do with fruit - you can cut them up, bake them, eat them whole. The possibilities are endless.
2. Rolls can be made using any flatbread. Simply cook the flatbread. Place a large dollop of filling in the middle. Roll the bread, cut it into fourths, and wrap with plastic. When ready to eat, your child only has to unwrap the plastic.

3. Apple Marshmallow Pita Pocket is an easy dish. Use it for snack, lunch, or both! It is so filling, your child will not want a single snack after devouring this whole-wheat sweet delicacy. (And neither will you!!) They'll get quite excited on seeing this -- the trick is the marshmallows. Of course, you can also use chocolate!
